This mother–daughter duo attended Joyful Journey to Optimal Breathing, a Buteyko Breathing Wellness Retreat led by Sasha Yakovleva at a hot springs resort in Colorado.
During the retreat, they practiced Buteyko breathing exercises in the hot springs, learned healthy breathing habits, participated in Buteyko-based yoga classes, and explored practical ways to support their bodies—especially during the colder months.
