Oleg attended Joyful Journey to Optimal Breathing, a Buteyko Wellness Retreat led by Sasha Yakovleva at a hot springs resort in Colorado. After following Sasha’s work for over a year, he felt ready to experience the Buteyko Method in a deeper, more immersive way—and the retreat exceeded his expectations.
Throughout the retreat, Oleg practiced Buteyko breathing techniques, learned how to combine proper posture with soft nasal breathing, and explored the grounding effect of maintaining a relaxed gaze on the horizon while walking.
